TAFE Queensland's Microsoft 365 licence includes access to thousands of royalty-free images, icons and videos etc. from the Microsoft 365 Stock Images collection.
They are available only via the web versions of Microsoft apps eg. Microsoft 365 Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, not through TAFE Queensland desktop apps.
The images do not come with any creator information. Since TAFE Queensland does not own copyright of the images, they need to be attributed as Image (or video or icon etc) from Microsoft 365 Stock Images, used under licence.
Note that contents from the Stock Images collection can only be used within a Microsoft 365 app or SharePoint site, they can not be taken outside of Microsoft 365 or SharePoint and used in a different context. The files containing the Stock images may be exported to other formats such as PDF.
Images from Microsoft 365 Stock Images collection can be attributed:
in situ as - Image from Microsoft 365 Stock Images, used under licence.
OR up front or at the end of the document or presentation as - All images unless otherwise attributed are from Microsoft 365 Stock Images, used under licence.
Note that images found through the inbuilt search engine Bing are from outside of Microsoft. The attribtuions provided do not comply with TAFE Queensland attribution requirements.
