Learning Services
The Learning Services Team leads the acquisition of library resources vital to learning and growth. The staff engage with educators through the PLC and other forums to increase awareness and uptake of the library’s services and resources. The Learning Services Team is dedicated to the development and delivery of information literacy programs and production of subject guides, equipping students and faculty with the critical skills necessary to navigate the information-rich world.
Client Services
Our Client Services team deliver library services on campus and provide student support. This support includes general enquiries and study and assignment help. Staff details across locations can be found at the Library Gateway.
Libraries across the TAFE Qld footprint provide informal learning spaces for students to use as individuals and in groups. Our Libraries support our training and provide physical and e-resources, equipment such as photocopiers, scanning and printing, and Wi-Fi.
Virtual Services
The Virtual Services team looks after the library's systems, websites and eResources.

Copyright and Licencing Services
We provide copyright advice and manage Educational IP Licencing, subscriptions and memberships for all of TAFE Queensland
We develop copyright training that responds to the needs of creating high-value and engaging teaching materials and class room delivery.
We provide specific and comprehensive advice on copyright to all of TAFE Queensland. We are the conduit between TAFE Queensland and the National Copyright Unit/ Copyright Advisory Group, relevant collecting societies such as APRA-AMCOS, PPCA and CAL, and work with third party bodies on questions of intellectual property and copyright.
