About the TAFE Queensland Library Network

Learning Services

We have staff located at eight locations across the state who work with PLC groups, teaching groups and individual teachers to secure appropriate resources to assist teaching and learning.  These resources may be in a variety of formats to cater for students who prefer to come to the library and those who prefer to access electronic resources.

 

 

Client Services

Our Client Services team deliver library services on campus and provide student support.  This support includes general enquiries and study and assignment help. 

Libraries across the TAFE Qld footprint provide informal learning spaces for students to use as individuals and in groups.  Our Libraries support our training and provide physical and e-resources, equipment such as photocopiers, scanning and printing and Wi-Fi.

Virtual Services

The Virtual Services team looks after the library's systems, websites and eResources.

Copyright and Licencing Services

We provide copyright solutions and manage licencing for all of TAFE Queensland

We develop copyright training that responds to the needs of creating high-value and engaging teaching materials and class room delivery. 

We provide specific and comprehensive advice on copyright to all of TAFE Queensland. We are the conduit between TAFE Queensland and the National Copyright Unit/ Copyright Advisory Group, relevant collecting societies such as APRA-AMCOS, PPCA and CAL, and work with third party bodies on questions of intellectual property and copyright.
