You can reset your own password via this link: https://passwordreset.tafeqld.edu.au/default.aspx
Follow these steps:
1. Enter your student number.
2. Answer the two security questions:
For Students - your date of birth in format dd-mm-yyyy and the email address you registered to TAFE Queensland with.
For Staff – your mobile number and date of birth in format dd-mm-yyyy
3. If you are a student, a security code will be sent to your email address.
If you are a staff member, it will go to your mobile. Enter the code.
4. Enter and confirm the new password.
It will need to be at least 9 characters long, and have an upper-case letter, lowercase letters, number or a special character. Passwords shouldn’t contain your account name or entire full name.
