Navigating Connect: Free Online Sessions Each Semester

At the beginning of each semester, our Learning Skills Tutors host FREE online Navigating Connect sessions to help you get started with your studies.

In these live sessions, you'll be guided through how to use Connect, your online learning platform. You’ll learn how to:

• Access your subjects and study materials
• Upload assignments
• Check grades and feedback
• Contact your teachers
• Use key features that support your learning

How to Join

• No bookings required — just join any session that suits you
• You’re welcome to attend more than one session
• Session times and Zoom links are announced and updated on the Library website at the start of each semester

Learning Skills Tutor Drop-In Service

Our Online Learning Skills Tutors are a teaching team at the ready to help you with a range of things such as Connect, how to submit assignments, & how to understand and answer assignment questions.

Learning Skills tutors are also available in-person, in select Libraries during term time.

Important Note: One on one assistance for students attending on Campus in the Greater Brisbane Region are available in-house, as outlined via the timetable.
