Student Access Computers and MFDs

How to Access Student PCs and Printers in your classroom and the Library:

As a TAFE student you also have access to computers in your classrooms and within the Library. Please note that classroom computers are only able to be accessed under teacher supervision. Our Libraries across all of our TQ Campuses provide on-demand student access computers. If specialised software is required, please inform the friendly Library staff on-site and they will assist with requirements around access and available software relevant to your studies.

Libraries also have access to Multi-Function Devices [MFD] for printing, scanning and copying requirements.

Scanning is completely free but currently requires you to supply your own personal USB device to scan to. Only some campuses currently support Scan to Email functionality.

Please note that there is some cost involved for printing services, please see Printing - In Library - Information for Students

How to Log in to Educational Computers and MFD Print Scan Devices:

Please note that for PCs and MFDs the full email address is NOT required. Only your student number and password.
