AS/NZS 3000:2018 | Electrical installations (known as the Australian/New Zealand Wiring Rules) Specifies requirements for the design, construction and verification of electrical installations, including the selection and installation of electrical equipment forming part of such electrical installations. Comprises two parts: Part 1 provides provisions that constitute the minimum regulatory requirements for a safe electrical installation. Part 2 provides work methods and installation practices that are deemed to comply with the requirements of Part 1 and are intended to achieve certainty of compliance with the requirements of Part 1. Guidance is provided in appendices.
AS/NZS 3666.1:2011 | Air-handling and water systems of buildings - Microbial control, Part 1: Design, installation and commissioning Specifies minimum requirements for the design, installation and commissioning of air-handling and water systems of buildings for the purposes of microbial control. It does not include requirements for refrigerated room air conditioners and non-ducted split systems.
AS/NZS 4836:2011 | Safe working on or near low-voltage electrical installations and equipment Provides workers on low-voltage electrical installations with: (a) the principles of safe working practices; and (b) recommended procedures for safe working practices.
AS/NZS 5149.1:2016 | Refrigerating systems and heat pumps - Safety and environmental requirements, Part 1: Definitions, classification and selection criteria (ISO 5149-1:2014, MOD) This Standard specifies the requirements for the safety of persons and property, provides guidance for the protection of the environment, and establishes procedures for the operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigerating systems and the recovery of refrigerants.
AS 1571:2020 | Copper - Seamless tubes for air-conditioning and refrigeration This document specifies the requirements for round, seamless copper tubes, manufactured from phosphorus-deoxidized copper containing high residual phosphorus and intended for use in air-conditioning and refrigeration.
AS 2030.2:2021 | The verification, filling, inspection, testing and maintenance of cylinders for the storage and transport of compressed gases, Part 2: Cylinders for dissolved acetylene Specifies requirements for the filling, inspection and testing of refillable gas cylinders with and without fusible plugs up to a maximum of 150 L water capacity for the storage and transport of dissolved acetylene.
AS 4041:2006 | Pressure piping Specifies minimum requirements for the materials, design, fabrication, testing, inspection, reports and pre-commissioning of piping subject to internal or external pressure.
AS 4211.1:1996 | Gas recovery or combined recovery and recycling equipment, Part 1: Fluorocarbon refrigerants from automotive airconditioning systems Specifies the minimum equipment requirements for safe and efficient recovery or combined recovery and recycling of refrigerants directly removed from and intended for reuse in automotive air-conditioning systems. It specifies test methods to determine equipment performance and minimum purity levels allowed for recycled R12 and R134a refrigerants. This Standard applies to equipment used to service cars, trucks and other vehicles with similar air-conditioning systems. Equipment used on mobile vehicles that have hermetically sealed systems for refrigerated cargo are not covered in this document.
