The following guidance material is to assist aged care services to implement and maintain compliance with the Quality Standards. It describes the Commission's expectations and provides supporting information, suggested practices, examples and evidence required to ensure compliance. It also indicates an matters that quality assessors will consider in evaluating compliance.
